Slate tries to explain Chinese menus with me.

I’m interviewed for an Explainer in Slate on the Chinese menu translations by Brian Palmer, lawyer. (Explainer, incidentally, is oft edited by a classmate of mine from high school and college — Dan Engber).
So that is my tiny appearance on Slate.
